In these times when life is increasingly about separation and objectification, how can we allow our relationships to be infused with the natural sense of sacredness and freedom that is our birthright - to restore ourselves, our partners, and our world with a sense of joy and well-being? Whether you’re new to tantra or have significant prior experience, this retreat will empower you with fresh insights about your relationship with yourself, your body, your partners, and life itself.
Workshop exercises will include yoga, guided movement and breathing exercises, meditation, orientation to the various aspects of tantra, partner massage/healing exploration, open discussion groups, and time to process experiences and questions that arise.
Together, we will explore how to: • Connect with other men in deeper ways that lead to more authentic connections, friendships and relationships, creating a deeper sense of fulfillment; • Connect with a greater sense of ease, self-connection and purpose; • Consciously embody the greater forces underlying existence through meditation and partner work; • Learn how to be of service through total presence; • Tap into your intuitive capacity for holistic healing.
There will be nudity and sensual touch with clearly defined boundaries, and while we encourage expansion of boundaries, no one will be pressed to go beyond their comfort zone. We will come together as a group of men to create a safe, non-judgemental, respectful energy field which supports all members in relaxing deeply and opening fully to themselves, to each other, and to the moment. In our powerful group energetic field we drink deeply from a wellspring of prana (life energy) and recharge our batteries, supporting our inner essence to emerge in joyful embodiment.
